Jeanne Autran-Edorh and Fabiola Büchele just added a community cinema in Berekuso, Ghana to a résumé that already includes Togo's first-ever Venice pavilion — designed from what's locally available first, craft knowledge second, colonial material hierarchy nowhere at all. Autran-Edorh's Europe 40under40 win landed the same season Studio NEiDA got selected for September's inaugural Pan-African Biennale in Nairobi.
