Out Jul 17, her first for Mexican Summer, four tracks she wrote and produced herself. Decade-long NTS show, Berghain, Unsound, Tate Modern, St Paul's opening for Patti Smith — and production credits for Kelela, Duval Timothy and Tirzah before most people knew her name. Jungle and downtempo underneath, shoegaze guitars on top, strings that arrive late and earn it. The closer came out of a jam at Gary's Electric after her Pioneer Works set. Twenty minutes long and it does not raise its voice once. She's said herself she'd rather not be the subject; the work is better for it.
