Endless — Adelene Koh

Endless — Adelene Koh
An endband is the few millimeters of stitching at the head and tail of a book's spine, usually chosen to disappear. Endless is that stitch let off the leash: folded paper and embroidery thread sewn around a single aluminum wire in English technique from the 18th and 19th centuries, closed into a ring. Koh trained in Japan, then London, and runs dddots out of Taiwan. Thirty finalists, 5,100 entries.
