Osshland was a vocabulary before it was a place. Black Fortune, out of Landover, Maryland, has been extending the OSSH lexicon since OsshWop in 2018, through a near-fatal stabbing and the record he made after it, and on May 8 he compiled the four Road To Osshland EPs into a sixteen-track set with an interactive world attached. The guest list is loud: Denzel Curry, BIA, SleazyWorld Go, Doe Boy, Babyfxce E, Baby Kia. But the world is the achievement and the records read as evidence for it, which is the wrong way round. OSSHLAND, the debut all sixteen tracks point at, is still unreleased.
