Bandgang Masoe — M.O.N.E.Y.

Fourteen songs, twenty-seven minutes, forty-two seconds. Out July 10 on Street Certified Records, his third project of the year, and not one track overstays its welcome: Rent Due, Bread On My Mind, Don't Forget The Ricc, gone. Masoe has been in the BandGang orbit since the early-2010s Detroit run, and his most-played record is still Fuck a Baecation from 2018, a posse cut he shares with Babyface Ray, who left the lane and became a national name. Masoe stayed and kept the tempo. Twenty-two thousand monthly listeners against two million plays on an eight-year-old feature is the whole Detroit export economy in two numbers.
